The short version

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page makes no third-party requests. We only ever hold the information you choose to send us by email.

Who is responsible

Tomasz Krzywicki, conducting sole-proprietorship business as Scador (NIP 7651454935), based in Poznań, Poland (European Union), is the controller for any personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@scador.com. See our legal notice for registration details.

Server logs

The site is served from infrastructure located within the European Union. Our hosting provider may process limited technical data — such as IP address, browser user-agent and the time of a request — in standard server logs, to operate the service and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted.

When you email us

If you write to hello@scador.com, we process the details you provide — your name, email address and the contents of your message — to reply and, where it leads to an engagement, to manage that work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding. We keep correspondence only as long as necessary, do not use it for marketing, and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request to:

To exercise any of these, email hello@scador.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Changes

We may update this notice as the site or our practices change. The date above reflects the current version.
